FLORA SHADING PRIVACY POLICY
1. Data Controller This Privacy Policy describes how Flora Shading (owned by Mehmet Aktürk) collects, uses, and processes personal data through the Flora Portal SaaS platform.
2. Data Collection and Purpose
The platform processes the following data to provide its services:
Identity and Contact Information: Names, email addresses, and phone numbers of dealers and their end-customers.
Location Data: Automatic GPS coordinates collected during field CRM visits to determine addresses via Google Geocoding API.
Visual and Audio Data: Site photos and voice notes converted to text via the OpenAI Whisper API.
Financial Data: Invoicing, current account balances, and payment records synchronized via the Paraşüt V4 API.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
To ensure platform functionality, data is shared with the following service providers:
Infrastructure: Hostinger (Server hosting).
Artificial Intelligence: OpenAI (Audio-to-text and data parsing).
Mapping Services: Google Maps Platform (Location and place discovery).
Accounting: Paraşüt (Financial synchronization and e-invoicing).
4. Data Security Your data is protected using Row-Level Security (RLS) on the PostgreSQL/Supabase infrastructure, ensuring dealers can only access data within their authorized scope.
