FLORA SHADING TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Description of Service Flora Portal is a SaaS platform developed for Flora Shading dealers, providing tools for quote calculation, field CRM, production tracking, and preliminary accounting.
2. User Responsibilities
Verification and Approval: Upon confirming a quote, the user acknowledges and approves the accuracy of all technical dimensions (Width, Height, Depth) and pricing.
Account Security: Dealers are responsible for the actions of users they add to the system, including “Field Personnel” and “Dealer Employees”.
Access Restrictions: Field Personnel (installers/drivers) are restricted from accessing pricing, quotes, or financial data.
3. Intellectual Property The platform’s software, the calculation engine derived from “calculate.php,” and the automated CAD/SVG schematic engine remain the sole property of Flora Shading.
4. Limitation of Liability The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service from third-party APIs (OpenAI, Google, Paraşüt). Flora Shading is not liable for data delays or operational interruptions caused by these third-party services.
